Funny BoYs

Last night as I was getting the boys ready for bed, I left the room for a minute to put laundry away, and when I walked back into the boys room I found

Zack is really starting to catch onto the whole potty thing, I haven't shown him one thing, guess he's watched his brother and dad.

After taking pictures I tried to take the underwear off so I could put a diaper on him, he screamed bloody murder,so after the diaper was on,he had me put the underwear back on over his diaper, then his pj's. Travis was surprised to change his diaper this morning to find Zack wearing underwear.

WHERE IS MY BABY?

Saturday night we had the Olsen family Christmas party. We ate pizza at the party, but both boys were having to much fun playing to really eat. When we got home they both decided to have pizza by the Christmas tree. What's so cute is that Zack wont eat pizza cut up anymore, he has to eat it whole just like his big brother. He even ate a whole big slice all by himself.

Zack and Grandma

Today is my moms birthday. Finally the snow let up so we could go see her today. We ate family favorite secret tacos, then has ice-cream brownie sundaes..mmmmm...
We got mom a candle,it was suppose to be cinnamon but as we burned it, it turned out to be another flavor,but it smells awesome. Also we got her nummy body butter that she loves.
Let me tell you about my mom: my mom is pretty neat, she has done so much for my family, example: when I had Brock she was there for me every step,she even stayed with me at night when I waited in that little room for a week on hospital rest,she slept in those horrible hospital recliner/bed things,and did it with out a complaint.
When Brock came home from the hospital I got really sick, she slept over,got up with Brock and let me sleep, with no complaints.
When I got sick last year she took care of my boys,made sure they were OK, took care of a new born baby, and in between that she took every second to be at the hospital with me. Even with all that and being completely exhausted she didn't even complain when I called her in the middle of the night feeling scared,sick, and that I was upset that I was sick in a hospital while she and everyone else took care of my sweet boys, she never once complained.
Thanks mom for all that you have done, for taking the boys when I need a moment to myself, for playing with the boys-mom is a real hands on type of Grandma,and looks forward to ever time she gets to see her grand kids.
I know I haven't been the easiest daughter, but thanks for being there for me in all things.

1- Did you date someone from your high school? Yes, I had two I guess you would say serious boyfriends-Junior year I dated Jeremy Lee, and then Senior year was Jeffery Carter who I dated 4-5 months, so for high school that is pretty long. I dated in between that but we wont get into that...some I'm not to proud of..

2- What kind of car did you drive? Oh dear, when I finally got my license I drove an old 1992 Buick,,WOOT,WOOT Sarah..lol. then after that I got the privilege of driving mom and dads green Ford van, at the time I thought it was horrible, but looking back at it we had so many fun times in that van...Whenever we went on dates everyone wanted to drive the van, guys thought it was fun to drive (dorks)...I drove all my girls on our Senior trip in that thing....

3- What was the most embarrassing moment of high school? I'm sure I had many, I always acted like a dork around my friends, and I'm sure I just laughed at myself.

4- Were you a party animal? Um... No, not in the way you would think, but we always were playing every weekend. At Sherri's house or Noah's. North Ogden parents would never let their kids drive over to the Valley, but we always had to come their way...stupid!!!

5- Were you considered a flirt? Depends on who you ask. Not my fault the boys were so cute..lol

6- Were you in a band, orchestra, or choir? Choir

7- Were you a nerd? No

8- Were you on a varsity team? No

10- Can you still sing the fight song? Most of it.

11- Who were your favorite teachers? Mr. Mason, and Dave Green.

12- Where did you sit at lunch? Where ever my friends were.

15- Did you go to homecoming and who with? Yes, Sophomore year I wasn't 16, Junior year I went with Jeremy Lee, and first part of Senior year I was dating a guy from Roy (LOSER)

16- If you could go back and do it again would you? Heavens yes!! If I could go back and not have a care in the world I would. No bills, No responsibilities.

17- What do you remember most about graduation? Seminary graduation wasn't fun because when I was leaving my parents house to head down to the tabernacle I accidentally ran over my cute little black kitty. Graduation, I remember being super excited about Graduating. Hanging out with all our friends after, then staying up all night and hiking to the top of the mountain over looking Ogden Valley..(that sucked).

18- Where did you go on senior skip day? Pineview, it was super fun, then some of us went to Wolf creek swimming..

19- Were you in any clubs? Yes, DECA, took 3rd in state, and went to nationals in Kentucky.

20- Who was your prom date? Isn't that sad that I can't remember his name.

21- Are you planning on going to your 10 year reunion? maybe, if Sarah goes, then I go.

22- Looking back, what advice would you give yourself? Study more, and concentrate on your grades and not so much on boys. Have more fun, and not care what you looked like.

I took Brock on Monday to K.K to get his 4 year picture done. He hates getting his picture taken, so I was very surprised that we even got a decent picture. He looks so grown up in this picture, which makes mom kinda sad that he is growing up so fast.

Early Christmas for ME!!!

Look what I got for an early Christmas Present..... He even used a coupon, and got a $20 rebate, I guess me coupon skills are rubbing off on him.

This is something that I've wanted FOREVER...I guess I dropped ENOUGH hints, that Travis got me one.

Mine is black, so when we move, it will match the kitchen I want...WOOOHOO..

Travis bought it the other night, and couldn't wait any longer to give it to me.lol, he is really bad at keeping secrets, and he figured I would use it A LOT from now until Christmas.

This is the one of the BEST Christmas present, and could you imagine he got me an even better Christmas present, but you'll have to wait February...I can't WAIT.

Thanks babe for getting this for me, it means so much that you would spend so much money on something like that for me. Thank you for such a generous gift..Wait till you see what I got you...I'm better at secrets, BUT it's killing me not to tell him, cause I know he'll Love IT.

Smarty pants

When you read this sorry, the format was being funny and wouldn't let me line things up the way I wanted, so it all kinda runs together.

My kid is BRILLIANT. Why do you ask? Zack can perfectly sign 3 things, and he does it with out any help. When he wants MORE of something, he just does it...BRILLIANT.

If he wants something like a toy, he signs PLEASE..BRILLIANT.

If you have given him something, or has asked for something he signs THANK YOU..yet again his is BRILLIANT...lol

Also Mister Zack is putting words together, and has for awhile, but in the last few days he has really been talking clearer. Such as: get it, hi-then someones name, Brock come, Trav dad, mom NO.

When he recognizes something like: Christmas lights, flowers,or when I put on makeup- he says pretty. If he sees a dog he says mog and barks, when he sees a cat he calls it Simba or kitty and then meows, he recognizes babies and kids-he loves kids, and whenever were in a story he always has to point out the babies and kids. When he sees a semi, he says big tru.

When he is ready for a nap he comes to you and asks-night/night. Time for a bath, he asks for a math... When it's time to go outside he goes and gets his shoes,actually he knows who's shoes are which, and he folds his arms when we say prayers, I laugh because he is so funny about it.

I just can't believe how fast he is growing. Oh and what a climber he is, I had to put our chairs in the bathroom so he would stop getting onto my counters, and on the stove. I couldn't find him the other day, I was freaking out wondering if Brock had opened the door outside or something, and low and behold where do I find him, but under my bed with the cat hiding, and being as still as possible, and when I finally found him he just started to scream and laugh like it was a game of hide and seek.... Also he has decided that he wants to stand up and pee like a big boy,I guess he has watched Brock do it enough, I have found Zack without a diaper standing at the toliet....AAAAAAAAAAA...where is my baby???
