YIPPY SKIPPEE!! So I've been going to lady fitness since April and I love it. Not always because the crazy old lady that comes and turns off all the fans in the middle of your workout, but other then that it's awesome. Few weeks ago I did a boot camp and couldn't walk up my stairs the rest of the day. My reason for being so happy today about Lady Fitness is because
...............I LOST ANOTHER PANT SIZE.............

I went shopping get some summer stuff and much to my EXCITEMENT I had to get another size smaller, and even with that the ones I got are a little big. ...YIPPY SKIPPEE... To everyone out there if I can do so can you. At first it was hard to learn how to eat better again and keep up with the exercise. It is so worth the pay off. I count calories, so it gives you little more freedom eat what you want, but by check out the calorie count before you put it in your mouth, sure makes you think twice if you want to eat it or not.

Posting about my weight is hard for me, most don't know that it's something I've always struggled with. Since after having kids and the weight gain from kids I went into hiding almost because I was afraid to see anyone. It's been a real struggle, from 9th grade until few years out of high school I struggled with eating disorders. In my eyes when I look in the mirror I think I should see me back at 90 pounds, but I've come to realize that isn't what I'll see and hope to never see that again. So I have been working on excepting myself for me a mom of two wonderful boys and not a 90 pound stick.

I ran into an old friend haven't seen in about 5 years and was embarrassed at first because I knew last time had seem me I was 90- 100 pounds and after about an hour or two feeling sorry for myself I realized I was doing it again, so WHO CARES what you look like as long as you like what you see in the mirror. I have worked really hard and it's really starting to pay off.

Since I don't always make it to the gym. TJ bought me this new jogging stroller and I LOVE IT. The boys sure like ridding in it, which makes my run even better. TJ said he wants to join me on my 4 mile run tomorrow, he said he can do it, but will see how far he really gets...LOL..

LONG POST

It's been a while since I last blogged and much has gone on since then. To be honest with everyone I haven't blogged in almost a month because I feel like my life has been well- TURNED UP SIDE DOWN, I have had a lot of things happen lately that I look back at my life and think how the HECK DID I GET HERE..... It seems that everyone is always blogging about what wonderful things are going on in their lives -well come on people things are not always as they seem. So to those of you that think this is negative then get real because LIFE ISN'T FAIR.....
So enough about what's not fair- what is fair is that... UMMMM I have the cutest kids EVER.

Let's start with Memorial Day.
Today was a fun day, the boys and I went with my parents and my crazy little sisters to Morgan. Every year we head to Morgan to put flowers at the graves. This is something that my family has done for years, I can even remember going with my grandpa Dickson/ Amos years ago before he passed away. After the Morgan Cemetery we always head to Porterville Cemetery. Today when we were at the cemeteries Annie kept saying what a creepy place cemeteries are and I had to disagree with her. I am the one that is scared of the dark and cemeteries but not those two cemeteries. I grew up going there and so I don't find them creepy at all. I was telling my sisters about years ago when I was on a date we went to the Porterville cemetery in the dark to watch a rain storm and they flipped out to think I would go to such a creepy place at night in the middle of nowhere.( What a bunch of sissy girls LOL...)
It was to bad that it rained because it would have been fun to take the boys on a hike to the M, which has been something we've done many times before on Memorial Day.
Another tradition you could say about Memorial Day is that we always go to Steph's which has some of the best food ever. When I was little we would walk from Grandpa's house over and get shakes and fries, they use to have these rootbeer float freeze that were wonderful and the best part about Steph's is the Grasshopper shakes, no one else makes them the same.
Another thing we always do is go the park which I realized today is called Riverside park, and in all my time I've spent in Morgan I never knew the parks name until today.

Zack on the swing - notice his red hair, that's what I get for having issues about red hair..

Brock swinging all by himself - what a BIG boy.
Mom and Zack on the swing - I go rained on minutes before so that's why my hair is out of control.

Couple Sunday's ago we had dinner at TJ's parents house, since it was warm we played outside and Zack had a blast playing on Brock's bike. Zack does just fine getting on and off the bike on his own.

The first part of Memorial Day weekend we headed to Island Park to the cabin and these are some picture TJ took while there. Friday we went to Yellowstone and Brock had a blast. At first he was asleep but the first buffalo we saw he was awake and asking if he could pet it. That's Brock for ya!!

Bullwinkle outside the cabin just hanging out.
Mr. Crow wasn't afraid of anyone and was getting a little to close to Brock.
Bald Eagle- everyone that saw it said it was the biggest Bald Eagle they had seen.

SPA DAY and a chocolate truffle

NEW - IMAGE -SPA.....today I went an got an hour massage. IT WAS WONDERFUL!! The lady doing the massage said you seem to have a lot of tension in your shoulders, I just laughed- if she only knew. The spa is in South Ogden and it was only $65 for an hour massage, if you have never gotten a massage that's an awesome price and it's so worth the money. I left feeling like a new person!! I then went to See's Candies in the mall and treated myself to a chocolate truffle-that was just as wonderful, and so worth the calories.

I love to scrapbook - the first book I ever did was of an old friend, which I gave to as a gift. Since then I can't stop scrapbooking. I am doing another blog of all my scrap ideas I've learned over the years. I am proud to say that I am the cheapest scrapbooker there is. I've spent next to nothing on my supplies all due to my creative ways of buying supplies. I can find you any good bargain on scrapbooking things. Example : one time I bought over $20 worth of stuff for $6-you just have to think it through. FEW EXAMPLES of what I've done.

People know I love doing this so when they don't want stuff anymore - this is what I get..
